New beginnings are on the way...

Happiness has been our theme for March which is perfect as we’re incredibly happy to share some exciting new beginnings with you! 

Our ‘Start Mindfulness: Improve your wellbeing’ 4 week video course is now available completely for free to premium app users. Free app users can access the first week of the course – this is a great way of seeing how the mindfulness journey can impact your life before signing up as a premium app member (which costs just £4.99 a month). All you need to do is click the ‘Begin’ button on the app.

 

In response to the Covid pandemic, we will soon be launching The Heart Bus: a mobile teaching studio that we want to take into the heart of the communities who need it most. We aim to play a big part in helping support people post-Covid and here is a sneak preview of The Heart Bus being painted by Jane Mutiny: https://vimeo.com/521011299

 

We’re launching a crowdfunding campaign in April and will be beginning our epic road trip on 22nd May in Brighton.  Sign up to be the first in our crowd and receive a free guided audio practice ‘find your inner calm’.

 

If you know of a community that would benefit from a visit from The Heart Bus, do reach out to us. We are currently planning our London Tour so any contacts you have there would be most welcomed!

Our epic road trip across the UK with The Heart Bus is starting in May and we are looking for a support Bus Driver/Captain and volunteers to join us on the road to bring crucial support post Covid to communities who need it most.

Freedom through Forgiveness 

Forgiving ourselves and others can set us free and lead us to a happier life. During this free workshop we'll explore Forgiveness. Using a HeartMath tool called Freeze Frame we will each work through a personal difficulty and begin to develop the willingness to forgive.
